Even though we are all practically Pro’s, even the pro’s needs a Pro and some coaching. We have established a potential plan to make some of us even better at the game of golf …. or possible worse … if we follow Mulligans view on the matter, when we caught him taking a Pro lesson prior to a match we had going on.
Taking a pro lesson to adjust your swing makes you play worse, until you get used to the adjustments.
Still we believe in coaching and we have put together some possible sessions of Ruff Coaching, depending on interest. The main coach or PGA Professional will be Marcus Thim, with Co-coaches Marshal and ShortSwing. Manager is Mr. I. Ruff Session 1: The Short Game
It’s time to Limbo … your score. Get it low by managing your game on and close the the green. Three hour session Sunday 2. June 1630 – 1930 with PGA Professional Marcus Thim.
Ruff Session 2: Drive like Formula 1
Learn to hit the ball further then John Daly and hit the Fairway every time. I am sure it will be a Ruff session, that will give you the right technique to improve your length and possibly accuracy as well. Date TBA. with PGA Professional Marcus Thim.
Ruff Session 3: Get out of Trouble
Learn how to get out of all the trouble you manage to get into. Bunker shots, get out of the rough and avoid the threes with low, faded or drawn shots. Date TBA with PGA Professional Marcus Thim.
Ruff Session 4: Allah, Stevie and the Happy crew
How to hit the shots that matters. Learn how to do a Allah Akbar, a Happy Gilmore or a Stevie Wonder. Date TBA with ShortSwing.
Ruff Session 5: Learn the Rules and become the Club Champion
Learn the rules, with focus on the new ones and how to save strokes by knowing them. We are certain that at least one player has lost the Title by not knowing the rules. There are still many Pro’s out there, even on the hottest tours, that loose dollars they could have put in the bar by not using the rules to their advantage. Date TBA with Marshal.
