How can someone stay on top of their game, year after year? How can you proudly put on the green jacket, year after year? I have no idea how many years Snippen has carried the jacket with pride now. He kept his cool and delivered steady golf when it counted the most. He crushed everyone at the RFGS Masters. Will anyone be able to strip off him the jacket in 2020?
To be honest, I, myself doubt it. When we were driving down the road towards the golf course to check out the conditions in January, we spotted a loner. He was not walking his wife or a dog or hiking with the kids, like all the other people seen in area was. He was hitting ball after ball after ball. From 53m, 67m, 72m and 101m … all towards the same target, a flag in the sunshine. Well you guessed right. Snippen is destined to keep the green jacket on for even more years to come.

There are no shortcuts on the path to success. To become a champion and keeping the title. Hard work all week long. Although I keep it varied, the time I spend alone on the course is the time best spent. I do not broadcast my training session. I like to swing alone, in peace with my mind, my soul.
